ZTW Electromagnetic Brake

ZTW series double-side forcing drum brakes for lift/elevators traction machine, which is special used for gearless traction motor. This brake are design and made by ourselves that holding relevant patents right, with double-side force drive and electrical voltage adjusting.

Advantages:

- Much compact and lighter than similar products, Strong torque, Lower exhausting and heating up, Less of residual magnetism and noise, rapid response.

- In the Clutch (generator) were using High permeability or wearing-resisting materials for motive components, ensures its life more than 10 millions cycles.

We company make and supply CSC(Z) series double-side forcing clutch (generator) which torques are from 600N to 15000N, and the integral braking system for lift/elevator traction motor.
